XTON, Pa., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Internationally renowned smoking
cessation expert Anne Penman will participate in a Press Day in the United States in Exton, PA, on Wednesday, September 28th, to announce the opening of the first Anne Penman Laser Therapy Center in the Philadelphia region.
The day will include presentations by Penman on how her stop-smoking procedure works. Any smokers wanting to actually participate in a session may do so by scheduling an appointment during the day. Afterwards, the center will provide refreshments, facility tours and demonstrations for the public.

A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 11 AM EDT. Among those
scheduled to be in attendance for the ceremony are: Anne Penman; Joe Toner, Chairman of the Uwchlan Township Board of Supervisors; Kevin Mengel, Chairman of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce; and Larry Bowman, President of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce.
Penman is recognized throughout the world for utilizing laser technology to help people stop smoking. First developed in Glasgow, Scotland in 1992, the Anne Penman Laser therapy technique has helped over 30 thousand smokers kick the habit. The Anne Penman organization now has centers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore. The program's success is based on a three-step approach, which consists of laser treatment, guidance and advice, and a 24-hour helpline for backup support.
